About ABMD Law

Attorney Robert Ochodnicky grew up in Owosso, Michigan and has lived in the Lansing area since graduating high school. He attended Michigan State University, majoring in Political Science/Pre-Law and later attended Michigan State College of Law where he obtained his Juris Doctor - Cum Laude.

During law school, Robert gained experience at several local law firms and after obtaining his degree worked as an Associate Attorney at Stull & Associates in downtown Lansing where he focused his practice on family law, estate planning, and real estate law.

In 2019, Robert obtained his real estate broker's license, became a licensed Realtor and began assisting with buying and selling homes and property management under ABMD Real Estate. Later that year, he left his old firm and began his own legal practice, ABMD Law.

The goal of ABMD was to be a firm that can handle all aspects of real estate transactions. Rather than hiring a Realtor to list your home and a separate attorney to review documents or assist when complex issues arise, ABMD is the entire package.

Aside from just real estate, ABMD Is a full service law firm and can assist with estate planning, family law, business organization, and general civil litigation. Robert also provides assistance to indigent Ingham County families with his work in the Family Recovery Court and as a contracted attorney handling Judge Richard Garcia's delinquency docket.
